Provide timely and accurate compliance and government form production
support to TRA’s Defined Contribution Plan clients, and the internal
Client Relationship Managers. Partner with TRA Internal Sales and
external Plan Advisors, to satisfy the needs of our Plan Sponsors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance activities for assigned Defined Contribution by
executing compliance work and Form 5500 production to ensure
accurate and timely plan administration. Production focus will be on
plans determined to have a Tier IV complexity
- Communicate the compliance testing results timely and effectively,
with consideration for Plan design needs to group of assigned plans.
Assist Client Relationship Managers with email and phone call
support as needed
- Provide compliance production support for TRA client base,
including but not limited to: ADP/ACP, coverage, top heavy testing,
allocations and Form 5500 production to ensure accurate and timely
plan administration
- Communicate timely, effectively, and professionally both
internally and externally
- Assist in researching uncommon or complex administrative or
consultative topics
- Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor (SMA) and as an Plan Provider
Advisor (PPA)
- Assist with Plan and Service terminations
- Offer recommendations for improvement in processes and procedures
- Maintain awareness of the laws, regulations, internal policies and
procedures for this position
- Outstanding TRA Corporate Citizen, dedicated to maintaining TRAs
reputation at all times in the communities we touch
- Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned
