Job Description:

*Remote Position.
Responsible for actively monitoring the processing queues, independently performing daily transactions within a team atmosphere and ensuring these transactions are processed in compliance with IRS & ERISA guidelines as well as the applicable plan document provisions.

Experience and Skills:


  • Review items submitted through the processing inbox and through on-line solutions, logging into the PensionPro processing queue and determining if the requests are in Good Order.
  • Process Tier I transactions
  • Follow-up on on-hold items on behalf of the other transaction coordinators, as needed
  • Maintain high standard of quality work and production goals, both individually and as a team
  • Communicates effectively with Plan Sponsors, Plan Advisors, Plan Providers, and Internal Office Staff
  • Begin learning procedures, laws, and other facets that may impact processing
  • Participation in key projects as assigned
  • Outstanding TRA Corporate Citizen dedicated to maintaining TRA’s reputation at all times in the communities we touch
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required


  • Ideally up to 2 years of experience in related industry
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs and basic math skills
  • Must be engaged and able to work with people at all knowledge levels
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues, set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
